Registered User (Gamer)

By registration as a gamer the user agrees with the following terms:

The username will be published in some list (such as Highscors-lists). The choose of a propely username is up to the user. The username have to be unique, but this will checked on registration automaticlly. The username must not include items that are racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory, illegal or abusive. The username selected shall not violate any third-party rights, including in particular rights involving the use of names and trademarks, or be contrary to public policy. Should one of these conditions be breached, the Bernd & Petra Heyer GbR can block the user account. In this case the user could not play Colpuz and fees will not be refunded.

After the first registration the user can use the function of Colpuz (e.g. play the puzzles) free of charge. If a registered user would like play on Colpuz after this period, so he/she could extend the period of use for another six months. The royalty can only paid by PayPal. The perriod of use could be extended even the current period of use is expired. The extend of the period of use is allways six months, either since the end of the period or from the date of credit note, whichever is later. An automatic extend of the period of use does not take place.

Should the Bernd & Petra Heyer GbR ascertain that the same user register a with a new username again and again to use the game free of charge the user account will blocked at once.

Data Protection Regulations

The aggregate information of the user will be used by the Bernd & Petra Heyer GbR observing of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). For further information see "Data privacy".
